Raja Krishnamoorthy, affectionately known as "Kitty" across India's leadership and entertainment circles, is one of the country's most respected voices in Organisational Development, transformational leadership, and human potential. Chosen by CEO Insight Magazine in October 2021 as one of India's top ten leadership consultants, he is an independent OD consultant, leadership coach, and life coach with over 35 years of practice spanning more than 300 organisations across diverse industries, ownership cultures, and sizes.

He speaks in English and Tamil, addressing at least one public forum every fortnight on topics spanning corporate excellence, socio-cultural concerns, youth leadership, individual transformation, and conscious living. Certified Trainer and Coach

Raja completed his Professional Training in Applied Behavioural Sciences with ISISD in 1980, as a Group Process Facilitator and Sensitivity Trainer under the legendary Dr. Pulin Garg of IIM Ahmedabad — a foundation that runs deep through every aspect of his practice. He was certified in Coaching and Mentoring by Coach University (Coach-U), USA, founded by Thomas Leonard, widely regarded as the father of the coaching movement in America. He has also specialised in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) with Dr. Richard Bandler, the founder of the modern approach to NLP, and studied Transactional Analysis (TA) with Vince Gilpin (1978). He holds a Deep Transformational Coaching certification under Leon Vanderpol.

His most profound source of human insight, he believes, is his learning from Swami Suddhanandha and Indian masters in the tradition of Self Knowledge and Vedanta. He champions self-awareness as the true foundation of all genuine leadership.

Champion of Self Awareness

Raja is a lifelong student of Vedanta, the core of ancient Indian and eastern philosophy. He champions the need for self-knowledge for the evolution of the mind and delivers inspiring talks on themes of living positively, self-awareness in the journey of life, and the uplift of the human spirit. These concepts are an integral part of his work as a consultant, trainer, social activist, and public speaker.

Beyond his consulting and speaking, Raja is an accomplished actor, known fondly as "Kitty", who has appeared in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, and Hindi films as a respected character artiste. He has written and directed plays, and scripted and directed films in Tamil cinema. He is the co-author of the book "Rajni's Panch Tantra" and blogs on "Living Life Unlimited."

Social Development Activist

Raja plays an active role in civic and social causes. He was a key figure in the India Against Corruption movement in Tamil Nadu, sharing platforms with Anna Hazare, Kiran Bedi, and Santhosh Hegde. He conducts leadership development programs for teachers and educational institutions under his "Teachers as Leaders" framework, and actively participates in city cleaning drives, beach cleansing, flood relief efforts, and educational support for underprivileged students.
