Mr. Raja Krishnamoorthy , affectionately known as "Kitty" across India's HR and leadership circles , is one of the country's most respected voices in Organisational Development, transformational leadership, and human potential. A TEDx speaker, published thinker, actor, and social activist, he brings over 45 years of rich multi-sector leadership experience to his role as Senior Mentor at VS GenX Solutions.

Raja's career is a remarkable testament to breadth and depth. He began as a Management Trainee at Mukund Iron & Steel in 1975, before progressing through landmark roles at ITC Welcome Group , where he served as Personnel Manager and Regional Personnel Manager , and then at Enfield India Limited as General Manager (Human Resources).

He subsequently served as President of Human Resources at Polaris Software Lab , leading the people function for an organisation of 2,600 professionals , and as Principal Consultant at ProLease India Pvt. Ltd., part of the Washington DC-based Interpro Group. Today, he serves as Director HRD at Talent Maximus India Pvt. Ltd. , a leading HR services firm with a pan-India presence in Chennai, Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Bangalore and Hyderabad.

Raja holds a Master of Management Studies from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai (1975) , one of India's most prestigious management institutions.

His signature intellectual frameworks , the AIM High Concept (Aligning with competency-based vision, Integrating with values, achieving Mastery in delivery) and the AOP Approach (Acceptance, Openness, and Presence) , have shaped the thinking of thousands of HR professionals, business leaders and aspiring managers across India.
